Delivery, warranty and returns

Delivery

Orders placed before 14:00 on a business day, for items in stock, are shipped the same day.

We ship from Belgium with UPS, DPD or bpost, always with track & trace. Shipping costs depend on your destination and are shown at checkout. EU shipping is free on orders over €249.

The estimated delivery time for your address is shown at checkout. That estimate is always indicative and never a guarantee. The legal maximum delivery time is 30 days — if we cannot deliver within that period, you may cancel your order and receive a full refund immediately.

Warranty

Every power supply comes with a 2-year warranty. If an adapter fails within that period, e-mail info@adapterspot.com with your order number and a short description of the fault, and we will arrange a replacement.

Returns

As an EU consumer you have a legal 14-day right of withdrawal, no reason required. On top of that, we accept returns up to 30 days after delivery.

• the product must be unused and in its original packaging;
• we refund the full purchase amount within 14 days of receiving your return;
• return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Ordered the wrong adapter?

That counts as a normal return under the rules above. To avoid it next time, send us a photo of the label on your old adapter or the sticker on your device and we will confirm the correct part before you order.
